We accept all major credit cards.
We run all credit card payments through Square right on our mobile device at the time of event. We also accept credit card as form of payment for deposits.
Sorry, We do not offer financing for our services.
All deposits are due at reservation and payment in full for our services are due on arrival.
You will pay the full deposit within 3 days of the reservation. If the deposit is NOT paid within 3 days the date will not be held. First come, first serve.
You will pay the full service price at the time of pickup at your desired location.
When paying deposits we accept all forms of payments 2 weeks prior to the event. If less then 2 weeks, no checks accepted (cash or credit card only)
When paying for the service at the pickup location, WE ACCEPT CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY (NO CHECKS)

For online reservations, fill out the form and pay the deposit by credit card online. If you choose to mail a check, we need this check within 3 business days after the reservation to hold the date. No checks accepted if the event is within 2 weeks of the reservation. We can also accept your credit card over the phone by calling 712.631.1110...
If you would like to pay the depoit with cash you will need to stop at our location.
This deposit is returned 7-10 business after the event.
Yes and No.
We only accept checks for deposits 2 weeks prior to the event. If it is less then 2 weeks before the event you will be required to pay with credit card or cash.
Cash and Credit Card only accepted at the time of the event.
If you cancel atleast 30 days prior to the event we will refund the deposit. Please read the cancellation policy.
First, The deposit is used to guarantee your reservation.
Second, The deposit is used for any damaages that occur during the event.
Third, The deposit is used for any clean-up that is considered extensive such as vomit or extreme misuse of the partybus.
If all of these cases are as expected then you will recieve the deposit payment back by check within 7-10 business days after the event.
We do allow extra time in many cases. However, there are a few requirements.
1. Our drivers are scheduled to operate for certain time periods that are originally reserved. You will need to ask your driver if this is ok and the driver is prepared to go for a longer period.
2. In some cases we use the same bus for multiple jobs in one day. We need to allow for clean-up and travel to the next reservation. So we will only allow extra time when it is available.
3. The payment by cash or credit card will need to be made before the end of the time period in the reservation. We allow the extensions in 15 minutes increments

White Lightning and Footloose is our 30 Passenger Bus
Sweet Caroline is our 40 Passenger Bus
When we calculate the number of passengers you have to consider the size of the guests. Keep this in mind when deciding on the bus.
If you have a large party you may need to consider renting 2 buses to accomidate the totals number of guests.
We allow consuming of alcoholic beverages on the bus.
No drinking outside of the bus.
Everyone consuming alcohol must be atleast 21 years of age.
The driver has the right to check ID to verify age.
