Reservations

We want to make the process of reserving the bus very simple for you. The easiest way to do this is with our online reservation and use a credit card.

There will be a deposit for all reservations. This deposit is a reservation deposit as well as a damage depsoit. This charge is seperate from the service price. Once you pay the deposit it will be held. When we arrive at your event you are still responsible for the full price of the service. At the completion of the event we will inspect the bus and equipment for functionality or damage. Once we deemed it acceptable you will receive the depoit back in 7-10 days after the event with a check by mail.

1. Online Reservation - You can reserve online by clciking here. You will be able to view the available dates and make a decision on the bus and times available. The form is easy to fill out and you must agree to the terms and conditions as this will be a contract for the reservation. Once you have submitted the form the deposit must be made within 3 business days or you will lose the date. The dates and deposits are first come first serve. Once the form is submitted you will see the option to pay the deposit by credit card. Paying this way will guarantee the reservation immediately. However, you do have the option to send in the deposit by check if it is over 2 weeks prior to the event. If it is less then 2 weeks the deposit must be paid by cash. Once we receive the deposit you will receive the confirmation of the reservation.

2. Click, Print, and Mail - You can reserve by mail... Click Here to download and you can fill out this form, sign it and mail it back with your deposit. We will send the confirmation as soon as we receive the deposit.

3. Give us a call - You can reserve by calling us 712.631.1110 and we will email you the the contract that you will need to fill out and send it back to us by mail including the deposit. You can also pay your deposit online or by bringing cash to our location.
