Corona Virus Policy
We understand that the virus is still a big part of our lives at this point. Most of the restrictions have been removed in the State of Iowa that allows us to continue our services.
We will operate as normal and we do not require masks or other precautions. However, your driver may take peoper precautions as they see fit in any situation including but not limited to wearing a mask or protective gear. We ask you respect our drivers decision in these matters.
It will be up to the person(S) reserving the bus to determine locations that may not be open or closed or require any protective gear. We will also not be held responsible for any person(s) catching or transmitting the virus to others. You will ride at your own risk. We do clean and sanitize each bus prior to the next job but that is not a guarantee of virus free safety. We recommend but do not require masks and hand sanitizer.
Past and Current Reservations
Any reservations that have been made prior to June 15, 2020 we will allow a refund on deposits when cancelling for reasons of the virus. Moving forward, we will allow last minute postponements for reasons of the virus but will hold the deposit for a future date. However, we continue to monitor the situation and if the bars, restaurants, or other venues are required to close we will enact the previous cancelation policy.

The past several days have brought about changes to our daily lives that we have not seen for generations. As people all over the world take measures to slow the spread of COVID-19, I would like to take a moment to share some of the initiatives we are undertaking to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers, while maintaining the continuity of business operations, so that we may continue to serve you through this difficult period.
We will continue our services at this time. We will take extra precautions with enhanced sanitation and disinfection procedures in heavily touched areas.
For current reservations - For the next 8 weeks if you are planning to change the date of your wedding or event we will allow you to put your reservation "On Hold" status and wait for you to decide a new date and locations. When you decide on the date we will still need to check on availability. We will make every attempt to get you scheduled in. At any point if you decide to cancel or continue without our services we will refund the deposit.
We are getting many phone calls so we prefer you email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You can still call Travis at 712-631-1110 if that is your preferred method but we may need to call you back.
